Roman Weil
Roman Weil is a fine wine expert specializing in rare and collectible wines, with a strong focus on Burgundy, Bordeaux, and high-potential emerging producers. He began his career in Bordeaux, developing expertise in the commercialization of terroir-driven estates while gaining hands-on experience in winemaking in Pessac Leognan area.
He later expanded his international experience in New Zealand, where he worked across both production and export.
Now based in New York as US Market Manager at iDealwine, Roman advises a network of leading collectors, industry professionals, and private clients on the acquisition and valuation of some of the world’s most sought-after wines.
Through his career, Roman has developed recognized expertise in navigating both the technical and commercial aspects of fine wine, with a particular emphasis on scarcity, provenance, and market dynamics.
