Inspired by the timeless fables of La Fontaine, beloved animal tales that each carry a life lesson, La Fontaine Turns Filmmaker brings together six charming animated shorts. From The Crow and the Fox, where a film director’s plans go hilariously astray, to Rumors, in which a wild rumor spreads through the jungle, each story offers a playful take on classical tales. Young viewers will meet clever monkeys in The Law of the Jungle, a boastful frog in The Frog that wished to be as big as the Ox, and even a penguin who dreams of the tropics in The Penguin. La Fontaine Turns Filmmaker is funny, whimsical, and full of insight!
