Creative Workshops for Toddlers & Kids in Montclair

Give your child a taste of the joyful learning experience that awaits at L’Alliance New York in Montclair! Inspired by our year-round à petits pas (ages 1–5) and Benjamin (ages 5–7) French programs, these complimentary 45-minute workshops invite young learners to discover French through hands-on exploration.

Designed for children of all levels of French, these workshops offer a warm, playful, and immersive environment where every child can learn, explore, and have fun. Each activity reflects the engaging, age-appropriate teaching approach that defines L’Alliance New York’s early childhood French programs.

Our teachers and staff will be available throughout the afternoon to answer your questions, introduce you to our early childhood classes, and help you choose the program that’s right for your child. Be sure to learn more about L’Alliance Preschool, our fully accredited

2:30–3:15 PM – Music & Songs: « C’est l’automne… »

3:30–4:15 PM – Arts & Craft: « Coucou, hibou, coucou »

Workshops for Kids (Ages 5–7 / Grades K–1)

1:30–2:15 PM – Cooking: Crêpe Parfait with Seasonal Autumn Fruits. Recipe created by Chantal, founder of Crêpes Chantal, a Montclair-based, woman-owned local business, which is also generously donating the crêpes.

2:30–3:15 PM – Music & Songs: « L’automne est là… »

3:30–4:15 PM – Arts & Craft: « Les animaux de la forêt »

Separate reservation is required, as space is limited. Please note: Workshops have limited capacity. If you arrive after your reserved time slot has begun, your place may be released to another participant.
