Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Please note that a $50 administrative fee is added to the exam fee.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (where applicable).

Cancellations
Cancellations submitted before the registration deadline are eligible for a partial refund of the exam fee, minus a $80 cancellation fee (the administrative fee as part of the cancellation fee).
Cancellations submitted after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.

Transfers
Requests to transfer to another exam session must be submitted before the registration deadline of the originally scheduled session and are subject to an extra $50 transfer fee.
Transfer requests submitted after the registration deadline cannot be accommodated and will require a new registration.
Transfers are permitted only to the next available examination session.

Medical Exceptions
In cases of illness or medical emergency, candidates may request a transfer to the next available examination session without penalty, provided that a valid medical certificate is submitted by email within three (3) days of the original exam date.
Additional documentation may be requested for verification purposes.

No Show Policy
Candidates who do not attend their scheduled examination are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
