Sparkle and Tinsel: A Winter Collage Workshop for Families

Join Studio in a School Artist Kathy Creutzburg to celebrate the winter solstice with sparkle and tinsel in this collage workshop for the whole family. Cut, tear, and glue to make your own festive tree with a winter, holiday, or an imaginative focus using an array of colored, decorative, and hand made paper. Take away materials and ideas to continue art making at home.

Kathy Creutzburg is a painter, sculptor and a public artist who is currently working on a non-traditional tree for Hillel Square in Brooklyn. She is also a professional educator who has worked on murals and other large scale works of art with students and taught visual art through Studio in a School in New York City public schools for more than 20 years.
