Latvian animator Gints Zilbalodis’s Golden Globe award-winning and four-time Annecy award-winning film tells the story of a courageous cat after his home is devastated by a great flood. Teaming up with a capybara, a lemur, a bird, and a dog to navigate a boat in search of dry land, they must rely on trust, courage, and wits to survive the perils of a newly aquatic planet.
This film will be preceded by a 20-second bumper film created by Brassart-MOPA students.

Ron Dyens
Ron Dyens, a French Academy Award®-nominated producer and director, founded Sacrebleu Productions in 1999, earning top prizes globally for animated films, including a Palme d’Or, César Awards, and Annecy’s Audience Prize. Over 100 short films produced by SACREBLEU have been selected in 2,500+ festivals, with feature films like Marona’s Fantastic Tale, My Sunny Maad, and Sirocco and the Kingdom of the Winds gaining critical acclaim and commercial success. Dyens is a member of AMPAS, EFA, and the Académie des César and has received the Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite. Sacrebleu continues to innovate with feature films, series, and award-winning VR projects such as Ito Meiku by Boris Labbé which won the Grand Prize at the Mostra (2024). His latest production, Flow by Gints Zilbalodis has won multiple international awards, was part of the Official Selection at Un Certain Regard at Cannes Film Festival, is nominated for a Golden Globe, and is Latvia’s official entry for the International Feature Film Oscar.
