Upon completion of levels 201 to 204, students will be capable of expressing feelings and wishes and describing their daily activities. They will know how to describe someone physically in detail, as well as ask and give directions and addresses. Children will acquire the vocabulary and expressions relating to their house and meals.

About Minimes:
Small classes with strict safety guidelines are offered in person at L’Alliance to meet the needs of parents and children.
Our dynamic approach promotes attention and reflection among young students through group and individual activities. Children sing songs, participate in educational games and interact in French from day one. Music, photos and fun readings help children reinforce vocabulary and language structures previously studied.
Our curriculum consists of twelve consecutive tiers from Beginner to Intermediate level: 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 203, 204, 301, 302, 303, 304. Each level can be covered over one 11-week or 10-week class.

As a French mom, it was really important to me that my son learn French and get immersed in French culture. After just a year at L’Alliance New York, it was amazing to see him transition from being merely fluent to truly bilingual. He started to answer my questions in French instead of English and would start singing French songs on his own, bringing so much joy and pride into our home. The teachers are spectacular; we are impressed with the vocabulary learned, culture, songs, and books. The art projects are beautiful, creative, and original. The school is very diverse, including children from all backgrounds.

We have been blown away by the caring nature of the staff and educators, the quality and diversity of the educational opportunities they afford the children, the incredible art program, and the loving francophone community we have been welcomed into.
